Did you know the virtues of Matcha Tea?


Matcha is a powdered green tea, famous throughout the world for its many health benefits.

But what are those benefits that make it so special?

I say to you!

Matcha tea has 5 times more L-theanine than any other tea.

But what is L-theanine?

It is an amino acid that stimulates alpha waves in the human brain, helping concentration and inducing a state of calm and relaxation.

It is also healthy rich in caffeine (theophylline) that helps you maintain high energy production throughout the day.

Other benefits of matcha tea are:

* Helps relaxation

* Great source of antioxidants

* Prevents and supports cancer

* Helps you lose weight

* Improve your brain health

* Detoxify your body

* Increase your energy performance


How should matcha tea be consumed?

It is recommended that matcha tea be consumed directly in hot water at about 80f warm not in the herbal state, in this way it preserves its properties better, add a teaspoon of matcha to a cup of water and mix well, do not add any type of sweetener.

With the passage of time, the way of consuming matcha has evolved and it is also enjoyed in latte.

It is also added directly to coffee, but this form is not recommended for everyone as matcha tea contains a high level of caffeine and may be too much for some people.


I personally consume it latte, here is my recipe:

* 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

* 1 tablespoon of amaretto cream

* 1/2 tablespoon of Matcha

* 1 pinch of pure stevia powder

Process:

Mix well the matcha, almond milk and amaretto cream, you can serve yourself with a small hand mixer once ready, serve it in your cup of choice and sprinkle the stevia in the delicious foam at the top of the cup and enjoy.
